Larissa Miranda de Pinho
She is a founding partner of Pinho Salum Advogados and Head of the Labor Law Practice Area.
A lawyer, she graduated in Law from the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPEL) in 2007, with a specialization in Public Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from the Damásio de Jesus Faculty, and complementary specialization in Law from the Magistrates’ School (AJURIS).
With a solid career in corporate labor law, she has been acting strategically for nearly 18 years, combining deep legal knowledge with business acumen. She has managed over 7,000 labor cases, advising companies of various sizes and sectors, always focused on risk mitigation, legal compliance, and aligning labor practices with corporate objectives.

João Gilberto Miranda de pinho
Lawyer, graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), with a specialization in Public Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and an MBA in Business Management and Corporate Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He is a founding partner of Pinho Salum Advogados.
